I want to get in ICO, I know there have many BULL in BTC, plz give me some tips.

Here are some tips:
1. Read - Most of the members acquire knowledge thru reading and experience; there are lot of basic, interesting and advance topics here in the forum take a look at them.
2. Answer - Yes, you just don't learn from reading and experience, to prove that you know what you have learn, you should be able to write it down in your own words.
3. Execute - After you have read and understand a lot, still that is not enough, you should experience and perform what you have learn. Like, you cannot feel the emotion in trading without actually trading.
Since you are looking for ICO, go check MOONLITE, its a company that offers revolutionary mining capabilities that is eco-friendly, click the below signature for more details.

for a start you can participate in various bounty programs, raise the rating (you need to write a lot of messages, answers, posts), get a signature. so many people earn coins. In parallel, you can find an ideal investment option in discussions.
I personally recently bought their tokens and participated in the bounty program. https://bitcointalk.to/index.php?topic=3048054.0

I can see most of people giving you advice to do proper research before actually investing money and this is obviously not something that will make things worth but the use of it is also exaggerated. If only it was so easy that one could read on the projects as much as possible and rationally define the potential winner. The thing is that good projects might go on surprisingly bad and even projects with great PR campaign don't always turn out the predicted way. What's more, you said you're not really interested in trading, so I guess you are not into becoming a pro on cryptocurrencies. That's why I would recommend to do a rather simple thing: invest in currencies in top-15 on coinmarketcap.com based on their market capitalization. Avoid coins that are too cheap, though. Good luck!

ICO is one easy way to multiply the bitcoin that you have. But unfortunately not all ICOs are valid. It is difficult to detect which ICO is truly legitimate and fraudulent. So be careful before joining.

The first advice I can make for new members is to be patient and start practicing after they have had enough experience. This way you can get more comfortable income and you can have enough knowledge on many subjects. Also, if you need to come to the rank of rank, it will be easier to open helpful topics, write messages with help and make references to resources easier. For that reason, it will be much more beneficial for you to acquire necessary knowledge and experience without expecting earnings for the first few periods.
