Update 09.08.2013 - Closed, all shares sold

Update 09.08.2013 - Some of my IRL friends still didn't pay for their shares, so there are some more shares to buy. First come first served. Currently there are shares worth 4.17 BTC left for potential buyers

Update 14.07.2013 - I start to accept paypal and skrill payments. If you will request chargeback or do any other weird thing with your payment, I will simply remove you from the shareholders list.

To avoid mess and constant editing of original post I've decided to start new thread.

previous thread is here:
https://bitcointalk.to/index.php?topic=250449.msg2659292#msg2659292

WHO WE ARE?

We are Felipeo and pajak666 we run online store which is currently in beta stage.

http://store.bitcoin.org.pl/

Once you click FAQ button, you will see our company adress and that we are fully registered company in Poland.

Also here is confirmed Felipeo ID by John K.

I confirm the receipt of the documents below. Please note that I am not a professional nor trained in verifying documents given, so I cannot guarantee that they're 100% authentic or came from the original owner.

1. Photo of Felipeo's company registry documents
2. Photo of Felipeo's company ID documents
3. Photo of Felipeo's ID Card
4. Photo of Felipeo holding his ID Card
5. Photo of Felipeo holding a piece of paper with his username

I promise the safe destruction of the data after the successful completion of the group buy. The data received may be divulged for litigation purposes if needed.

Thanks,
John

Details of our current mining farm can be found here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aq4YXCoAvifBdGRRSk02NkZtM1FrbHN0elIwZ0t2SlE#gid=1

Since Punin is only shipping his Bitfury units only to Europe me and my friend Felipeo decided to expand our mining farm project.

http://www.bitfurystrikesback.com/

ORDERING

Be aware to use only adress you control.
In other words adress that you can send signed message with.

Terms and Conditons are the same as for our current farm except we reserve 13% of hashing power.
When mining is not profitable anymore, we will attempt to sell the miners or find another use for them. Any proceeds thereof will be distributed as dividend.

In case of hardware failure
We believe the gear should be able to run 24 months, but since there are no working devices yet we simply don’t know. In case of hardware failure we will try to repair or replace the machine. Any costs involved will be deducted from payment as costs.

DIVIDENDS
Dividends will be paid to adress which has been used to pay for shares, if you wish to change payout adress please send signed message.
Payouts will take place bi-weekly. Statements will be made available on our website.
Power rate in Poland is 0.19$/ kWh
All transactions and orders will be transparent

Because we got 3 units ordered (paid + confirmed already) and each of them was ordered at a different price I decided to take average price of this units as main price. Units were bought for: 125.5514 btc, 120.3523 btc and 100.7516 btc which gives 115.55176666 btc for average 400 GH/s unit price. Bitfury seem to have at least 3% fee set in his store compared to mt.gox average exchange rate.

SHARES OPEN TO BUY: 0 BTC which equals ~0 GH/s

You are free to invest any amount of BTC that doesn't have to be equal number. It can be even amount like 1.25672 BTC because dividends will be paid by percentage of owned mine share.
1 BTC invested = 3.011 GH/s for shareholder.
There is no risk that your shares will be lost due to failed group buy or lack of units at bitfury store.
There is no single satoshi added for ordering bitfury units. You can do the math yourself:)
As I wrote before ALL 3 UNITS ARE ALREADY ORDERED AND PAID, we got very nice place in delivery queue, prior to other hosting options.

Current hash rate and payouts distribution looks like that:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aq4YXCoAvifBdHdyMjJxYWFqTFJSekRmMUg2Rnllc3c#gid=1

Dear investors, as promised here is the good news surprise and solid update.
I managed to cover additional shares to cover the third unit order with help of Coiner.de (great man) and few of my friends.

Sorry for not posting any important updates lately, but I was actually busy finalising our GB. I menage to convert some fiat reserves to BTC to cover the last part of our third unit. Some of you might say THIRD UNIT? what the hell, there shouldn't be even second unit. But YES! due to private investor we were able to purchase two units for group mining and one device for private mining for our anonymous investor. This private unit is not calculated into mining farm as it is funded by one person. That totals for 3 brand new hashing units. I Told you there will be a surprise!:)

Here are some order details:

Unit #3 which I managed to buy at incredible low price, today's morning btc price peak:)

I've figured out that since I have some fiat money on the BTC exchange I can accept Paypal or Skrill payments.
I am not afraid of charge back or any other shady procedure, because when you will do something unfair with your payment I will simply remove you from the list and sell those shares to someone else.

Hi, my first time participating in a group buy.

I sent you 3BTC so:

<aar0, 3BTC, 5f3c30013a4682e71929dea502375beb864a89db731bbdf754dab1e0f16df936>

So this means ~9Gh/s in October right.

Do you need an address from me from which you can send payment to?

If it's different than address you use for payment than yes. By default I will send payment to addresses you have used to buy shares.
If bitfury will meet it's specifications then your 3 BTC will be hashing 9.03 GH/s

This looks like a good group buy. I guess I'm only wondering one thing: the payment confirmations don't show who ordered the miners, correct? The blockchain info shows that they were paid for. It seems like the images just show that someone, somewhere ordered and paid for some miners.

Forgive this rookie question, but how are we to know that YOU are in control of the account (or accounts) that paid for the miners? Are you able to send signed messages?

Nobody else has asked this question, so I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. And, I know you had John K. look at your identification, so I'm not questioning you are who you say you are. Just trying to learn more than anything.
