Go to gym to sweat the stress out of my body.
It always helps and I feel much better after the good exercise. Would recommend this to everyone. Smiley

When I am stressed, I always talk to God. I share my problems to Him. I talk to my family and friends. Just pray and lean on to God because God is bigger than your problems. Believing to yourself that you can do all things with the Lord is an asset to face your problems  that make you stress. Problems are not really problems, they are opportunities to become stronger. God bless you!

everyone will definitely feel tired, bored and even stressed out because of busyness or problems that will never be solved so at a time like this someone needs refresher which can make the mind rilex like going to a place that makes us peaceful and happy one of the alternatives is vacation with family

I make time to watch movies via netflix or youtube. It helps a lot in terms of the bloodbath of the market this past few months up to present.

When I'm stress I do eating chocolates and it feels me better. It was so relaxing to do eating foods especially sweets. I do really like sweets that's why.

The best cure for stress is watching some kind of super series like "Games of Thrones" or "Breaking Bad". You can also just sleep, gain strength, and when you wake up, you will feel better and your head will think better. Wink Smiley
And best of all, it's just to do your favorite thing,
